I was in disbelief that JCPenney thinks this type of unprofessionalism is ok!

and this time the JCPenney employee was huffy with me, and said” HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!!! Again, I nicely began to explain and she hung up on me.

The third time I called..again on HOLD.told they couldn’t honor the prices from my original order.

I don’t have time to constantly call your incompetent customer service reps, and drive to your stores to FIX your mistakes!!!!
